I am a postdoctoral fellow at University of Rochester under the supervision of Professors Ashkan Ertefaie and Robert Strawderman. Here, I work to develop causal inference methods to study the impact of air pollution and cardiovascular events. Our work is in collaboration with the NSAPH group from Harvard University.
I obtained my Ph.D. at University of Waterloo with the thesis Design and Analysis of Experiments on Networks. My Ph.D. advisors are Professor Stefan Steiner and Professor Nathaniel Stevens. During my Ph.D., I also worked as a consultant at the Statistical Consulting and Survey Research Unit (SCSRU), where I provided statistical consultation to 80+ scientific projects.
I completed my undergraduate studies with Double Majors in Mathematics and Business at Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). I love music, art and languagues.
